Welcome Team Builder...Happy New Year! I hope you are excited about the possibilities ahead. 

Inspired by Seth Godin, I plan to 'write' every day this year. To add some accountability to the adventure, I will use this OnTeamBuilding Daily site as my 2023 Team Building Thoughts Journal. I have never kept a daily journal before, but I hear from many thought leaders that it is a good practice - another goal I've been putting off for too long. So, here we go. Thanks for joining me....
