The Quick List (not in a particular order of importance)

Filler Words (Um, So, Okay...)
Over the top silly behaviors.
Not paying attention to the group (talking with other facilitators, on the phone...)
Role-modeling behaviors that are not the best to model (wearing sandals on highs, sarcasm, inappropriate language...)
Lack of efficiency (using more time than needed when time is limited...)
Personal agendas (bringing up conversations that are not part of the group's objectives...)
